Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

The attitude of the incumbent presidential candidate United States of America, Donald Trump, who alleged there was potential for deep voice fraud and theft presidential election drew criticism from military veterans. However, conservative Christian groups still supported the incumbent.

As reported Associated PressOn Saturday (7/11), Trump urged all ballots from soldiers serving abroad and sent by post to be counted. However, he alleged there were ballots from the soldiers missing.

A number of top US military officers who are serving abroad have been disappointed by Trump’s allegations of missing soldier ballots. Because Trump did not provide evidence to substantiate his accusations.

“Officers at all levels including those in Congress have to say to the president, ‘Sir, you have to be patient as the rest of society is’,” said former US Navy officer Admiral (retired) Steve Abbot.

Abbot served as Deputy Homeland Security Advisor under President George W. Bush. He is also a member of the Count Every Hero association, made up of former high-ranking US military officers, whose job is to advocate so that the voices of soldiers serving are protected and counted fairly and fairly.

Until now, it is not certain how many ballots US soldiers serving abroad will be sent.

Tori Simenec, 28, who is a former member of the US Navy’s Marine Corps with the rank of first lieutenant, also commented on Trump’s statement.

“Everyone has the right to be involved in democracy. That’s why people choose to enter the army. This is what makes us very confident,” said Simenec.

Former mid-ranking officer in the US Army, Mike Jason (47), the latest in the rank of colonel was annoyed by Trump’s remarks. This is because during his nearly three decades of service, he has cast his votes by post from his assignment locations in Afghanistan, Iraq and Germany.

Meanwhile, conservative Christian groups say they still believe Trump will win the presidential election this year.

“There is nothing to question that we are doing our job,” said senior Republican activist who founded the Coalition for Faith and Freedom, Ralph Reed.

White voters made up 23 percent of the total number of voters in the presidential election.

While Trump’s chances of rivaling his Democratic rival Joe Biden are getting thinner, Reed said there was still a chance their group would work with Biden to fight left-wing groups in the US.

Pastor Samuel Rodriguez, who is of Latin descent, said they saw this election as a form of victory for conservatives.

In the provisional calculation results carried out CNN and quoted at 19.22 WIB, Biden was still ahead with 253 electoral votes. Meanwhile, Trump got 213 electoral votes.
