Dexcom’s decision to construct its first European manufacturing facility in Athenry has brought forth an exciting announcement of 1,500 new job opportunities. The said medtech company is set to build this facility on the IDA lands within the town, providing 1,000 full-time jobs over five years, and generating 500 construction jobs over a two-year period.
