WASHINGTON, March 10 (Reuters) – The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday passed $13.6 billion (12.3 billion euros) in emergency aid for Ukraine, along with a bill to financing of the federal government of 1,500 billion dollars in order to avoid a partial closure of the administrations (“shutdown”).
It is now up to the Senate to decide on the texts by Friday, before the expiration at midnight of current federal funding.

Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi said the $13.6 billion will only be part of the aid to Ukraine.
“We will all have to do more” to help Ukraine in the weeks and months to come, and over the long term to help it rebuild, Nancy Pelosi told reporters, referring to the United States and its allies. of NATO.
