“We are determined to continue to support the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the EU’s eastern partners and will support the path of reform in Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. We are determined to seek a lasting peace in the South Caucasus,” the US and EU leaders said.
At the same time, the EU-US summit agreed to force Alexander Lukashenko to answer for his attack on human rights and fundamental freedoms in Belarus, as well as for the forced landing of a Ryanair plane, which posed a threat to aviation security.
