US presidential candidate Donald Trump received prominent support at a large rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The Republican brought tech billionaire Elon Musk to the lectern on stage during his speech. Musk used dramatic words to urge the crowd to vote for Trump in the November 5 presidential election. “I think this is the most important election of our lives,” said Musk.
At the site of the rally in Butler, an assassin shot the ex-president at a campaign event in mid-July. Trump was injured by a bullet in his right ear. The perpetrator was killed by security forces.
This election will be “no ordinary election,” said Musk. He celebrated Trump’s clenched fist on the day of the assassination attempt – in contrast to the president, who couldn’t even walk up a flight of stairs, said Musk. Trump’s opponent Kamala Harris and the Democrats wanted to take away many rights from people, such as the right to free speech, the right to bear arms, even the right to vote.
