– Since vaccination for the new coronavirus infection (Corona 19) began in the United States, 270,000 people have been vaccinated for a week, and 6 of them have been found to have allergic reactions.

According to the Associated Press, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported the corona vaccination status to the Vaccination Advisory Committee (ACIP) held on the 19th (local time).

Dr. Tom Clark of CDC said that since the start of the Pfizer-Bioentech vaccination on the 14th, 275,200 people have been vaccinated. He explained that this is a minimal estimate, given the time it takes to count the vaccination status reported by local health authorities.

To date, 6 people who have been vaccinated have allergic reactions. One of the people who showed allergic side effects was also overreacted to vaccination before.

The CDC said, “All those who had an allergic reaction developed symptoms within the recommended observation period and were treated quickly.”

The CDC did not disclose specific information regarding allergic reactions, but US media reported that side effects were reported in hospitals in Alaska and Chicago, Illinois.

In Alaska, three of the vaccinated medical staff had an allergic reaction of shortness of breath, dizziness or a rash on the face.A hospital in Chicago also temporarily stopped vaccination due to a side effect of numbness in hands and feet and an increase in heart rate.

U.S. health officials have been encouraging vaccination, saying that some side effects from the corona vaccine have been reported, but they are within the normal range.

Jerome Adams, head of the Public Health Service Corps (PHSCC), said at a press conference on vaccination hosted by the Ohio government that day, “the side effects are not unusual,” and stressed that experiencing mild fever, headache, and fatigue after vaccination is a normal reaction.

“The corona vaccine almost 100% prevents you from getting infectious diseases,” he said. “Vaccination is a way to end the corona pandemic.”
