It was just one of the big topics of the US midterm elections: abortion in the US and the Supreme Court ruling in the case “Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization” — the ruling that made the decision in the case” Roe v. Wade” from 1973 and thus undermined abortion rights in the United States. Since then, states have been allowed to ban abortion again, a dozen or so – mostly in the south of the country – have already done so under new or existing laws, and many more want to follow suit.
