US Citizens in Sudan Feel Abandoned by Their Government: Calls Mount for Swift Evacuation

This caravan of US citizens leaving Sudan comes with mounting pressure on the administration and the State Department to do more. Some of those American citizens in Sudan who spoke to CNN expressed frustration and anger at what they see as the administration’s lack of action to get them out.

Added to this is the fact that we have seen many other countries go to Sudan and either to or near Khartoum to take out their own citizens and some American citizens.
