Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Bicycle manufacturer and distributor from the United States (US), Trek Bicycle Corporation is suing PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) at the Central Jakarta Commercial District Court (PN Jakpus).
On the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP), Trek Bicycle Corporation sued for trademarks. Trek Bicycle registered a lawsuit with the classification of trademark cases on July 7 2023. Meanwhile, the lawsuit case number is 70/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2023/PN Niaga Jkt.
“Yes (AHM already knows the lawsuit),” said General Manager of Corporate Communications AHM Ahmad Muhibbuddin to CNBC Indonesia, Thursday (13/7/23).
Unfortunately, he was reluctant to talk further about the details of the lawsuit, including the subject matter.
As for the first trial, the status of the case has entered the first trial which will be held on July 20, 2023. Trek Bicycle Corporation has appointed Marodin Sijib as attorney.
