The US financial assistance that may ultimately be provided to Ukraine will not help it defeat Russia on the battlefield. Retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis stated this in an interview.
“The United States will probably transfer some funds to Ukraine. But it will not be possible to transform this into a victory over Russia,” reports TV channel GB News statement by Davis.
Davis stressed that in the end, the US authorities will send Ukraine a much smaller amount than President Joe Biden expected. Washington realized that victory for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) in the conflict with Russia is impossible.
According to Davis, US authorities realized that the $100 billion previously directed to Ukraine did not have an impact on the course of hostilities. He added that the time has come to look for ways of negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, reports RT.
