A US actor has been found dead after becoming a suspect in a domestic violence investigation, marking a tragic turn of events for the rising star. Cole Brings Plenty, known for his role in the Yellowstone spinoff series titled 1923, was discovered deceased in Kansas. The actor had been reported missing by his family earlier in the week, after failing to attend an appointment with his agent.

The 27-year-old’s body was found on Friday during police examinations of an abandoned vehicle. The local authorities in Johnson County made the distressing announcement via social media, highlighting an ongoing investigation into the matter. The Lawrence Kansas Police Department (LKPD) revealed earlier this week that Brings Plenty was a suspect in a domestic violence case. LKPD reported “probable cause for his arrest,” stating that officers had responded to a distress call involving a female, yet the suspect managed to flee the scene before their arrival.

The news of Brings Plenty’s demise was confirmed by his family on Instagram. The actor’s uncle, Moses Brings Plenty, aged 54, posted a statement from Joe Brings Plenty, Cole’s father, expressing deep sadness and gratitude for the outpouring of support.
