Donald Trump has called on his social network Truth Social to abandon the US Constitution and to reconsider the result of the 2020 presidential election won by Joe Biden. His statements were condemned by the entire political class even if some Republicans did not want to take sides. An MSNBC News reporter also rephrased an elected official who said voters should form their own opinion on the matter. The former president had also sparked controversy a few days earlier for inviting controversial rapper Kanye West and supremacist Nick Fuentes to a dinner.
