Uruguayan coach Paulo Pezzolano, 38, can take over Vanderlei Luxemburgo’s spot at Cruzeiro. Negotiation is ongoing.
This Saturday morning, Itatiaia spoke with an important source linked to the Uruguayan coach who confirmed the real possibility of him working at Cruzeiro.
Still according to the poll, there are still some details to be adjusted, but Pezzolano welcomes a coming to Brazilian football. The coach received recent proposals from Argentine football, but coming to work in Brazil would be the young coach’s preference.
Pezzolano has been at Pachuca (MEX) in recent years. Before, he was champion Clausura in Uruguay with the modest Liverpool. He was also responsible for raising Torque from the second to the first Uruguayan division.
