Hypospadias is a case of genital abnormalities that are often found. According to him, hypospadias causes problems with urination.
“Hypospadias does not cause pain but causes disturbances during urination. This disorder can have long-term impacts, namely disturbances in reproductive function, infertility, and psychology if not treated properly,” said dr. Arry.
This disorder can simply be divided into mild, moderate and severe. However, the anatomic location of the tip of the urinary tract may not always be sufficient to explain the severity and complex nature of the disease. It is also necessary to take into account the length of the penis, its size, shape, quality of the urinary tract plates and the degree of curvature of the penis.
