Your tasks:
As the true right-hand man of the Product Manager and the Group Manager, you will support him in the daily management of the brands and product ranges. You will thus participate in the implementation of the brand strategy on all the levers of the marketing mix. As a member of the innovation and development team, you will support the launch of new products.
In complete autonomy,
- You carry out market research: panel analysis, competitive intelligence, trend monitoring, consumer studies
- You assist him in the daily management of the ranges: packaging agency brief, presentation preparation, data update…
- You participate in the development of the product portfolio: portfolio analysis, innovation recommendation, development coordination
- The news will lead you to structuring strategic projects for the brand
- The transversal nature of the position will lead you to work in close collaboration with all of the company’s departments (R&D, Regulatory, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Logistics, etc.) as well as our external suppliers (packaging, printers, research institutes , etc).
Your profile :
Higher education Bac +4/5 (business school, AGRO Engineer, Pharma), you are rigorous, creative, autonomous and have a spirit of initiative. A product sensitivity would be a plus!
