FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The names of Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution (BN) and his wife Kahiyang Ayu surfaced during the trial process for the alleged corruption case involving Abdul Gani at Ternate District Court.
Based on the facts of the trial, several parties urged the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to take a stand by investigating Bobby Nasution and his wife.
Responding to pressure from several parties, the Corruption Eradication Commission said it had not yet taken a position on the facts of the lawsuit filed by Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution (BN) and his wife Kahiyang Ayu, who received an allowance. of mining licenses in North Maluku.
KPK spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika said that investigators or public prosecutors (JPU) have no plans so far to summon the family of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
“Until now there has been no information about plans to summon Mr. BN at the level of prosecution or investigation. Therefore, I cannot give any response regarding this news,” said Tessa when it was confirmed, Friday (9/8).
Previously, Bobby’s name appeared in a trial at the Ternate District Court when the prosecutor presented the Head of ESDM North Maluku Service, Suryanto Andili as a witness in the corruption case against Abdul Gani.
Suryanto said that Abdul Gani used the term ‘Medan Block’ to handle mining industry licenses in North Maluku.
According to Suryanto, this term is associated with Jokowi’s son-in-law, namely Bobby Nasution. He admitted this by confirming the case regarding the Mayor of Medan.
