She added that bronchitis symptoms improve within a week to 10 days without lasting effects, and the cough may last for weeks.
It also indicated the methods of preventing chest diseases by following the following:
Do not sneeze in the face of others, use tissues and dispose of them safely, or sneeze into the folds of the sleeve.
Staying away from sources of infection, using masks, and social distancing.
Taking seasonal vaccinations on time, which are recommended by the World Health Organization.
– Consult a doctor immediately after experiencing more chest pain.
Avoid eating fatty foods, and replace them with healthy foods.
Take a break, both psychologically and physically.
Continuous disinfection of surfaces with dilute chlorine.
Exercise.
Do not spit on the floor.
