The Administrative Prosecution opened an urgent investigation into what was monitored by the Media and Monitoring Center headed by the Authority through several media outlets, regarding violations at the Quesna Central Hospital revealed by the visit of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar – Minister of Health and Population, when he inspected the progress of work at the hospital yesterday morning, Saturday 17/ 2/2024; This is in implementation of the guidance of Counselor Hafez Abbas; Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority.
Counselor Hani Moawad – Director of the Administrative Prosecution in Quesna, formed a team of prosecutors headed by Counselor Mustafa Amin, Mohamed Talaat – Chief Prosecutor, Mohamed Anbar – Prosecutor, and Samar Al-Sheikh – Prosecutor, and they moved to the headquarters of “Quesna” Central Hospital. To conduct an inspection and visit all departments of the hospital, to determine the regularity of work by the medical staff, and the good provision of medical service to citizens, while proving all the violations revealed by the prosecution’s inspection this morning.
Counselor Mustafa Amin decided to form a committee headed by the Director of Financial and Administrative Inspection at the Directorate of Health Affairs in Menoufia to examine all the hospital’s work and prepare a detailed report on all the findings of the examination and present it to the prosecution as a matter of urgency to complete the investigations.
Upon presenting it to Counselor/Hafiz Abbas – Chairman of the Commission, he directed that the investigations be completed quickly and that action be taken in light of the violations they uncover.
