CONAKRY- The Extraordinary General Assembly convened by CONOR to have the new statutes adopted has just ended in Conakry. Unsurprisingly, the new document was voted on by all of the 65 statutory members who were in the room.
All raised the green card synonymous with acceptance of newcomers who have experienced slight changes. Among these changes, we can cite for example these points among others:
–Elections are by list and by secret ballot, and each list must be composed of at least 3 women.
–the regional leagues remain members of the Guinean Football Federation for six months after the election of a new executive board.
This stage exhausted, now the elections can be held on November 30 to set up a new team responsible for defining a new development policy for Guinean football. Finally hoping that the divisions within Guinean football will cease and that everyone will get involved in order to get this king sport in Guinea out of the rut. This Guinean football which regresses from year to year must be rebuilt, developed and its actors must henceforth conjugate the same verb.
» The Guinean Football Federation welcomes the outcome of this crisis and welcomes the progress of the normalization process underway within it. It invites football players to work towards appeasement, development and cohesion within the Guinean football family. “ welcomes the Féguifoot
