He recalled that the PAS presented it since January 2019 with the objective that in the state of Sinaloa workers who have lost their jobs have insurance that grants them an amount as long as they can get a new source of income for themselves and their families .
He stressed that this initiative in times of Covid-19 would help mitigate the effects of unemployment caused by an economic crisis, such as the one that unleashed the pandemic and workers can count on temporary support.
The legislator explained that the initiative proposed by the Sinaloense Party contemplates that, for unemployment insurance to be activated, there must be a declaration of labor contingency by the State Executive.
In addition, the pool of resources must be assigned in the budget for each year of the State Government, while the economic support should not be less than the minimum wage, a bag that will be designated by the Executive or Legislative.
Initiatives like these, he reiterated, urge their approval, both in the Congress of the Union and in the Congress of the State of Sinaloa.

“For this reason, I want to urge federal deputies to approve it as soon as possible, since, beyond the differences, at this time it is urgent to give that support to people who have lost their jobs during this pandemic that caused an economic crisis and from which Mexico is barely recovering”, He indicated.
He insisted that with these proposals from the federal level, the work carried out at the local level is reinforced, always at the forefront with legislative issues that favor citizens.
