‘Urgent advice’ to wear mouth masks in hospital

VLAARDINGEN / SCHIEDAM – From today, the Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland works with a tightened mouth-nose mask policy. This applies to both patients and visitors. The staff of the hospitals have also been wearing mouth noses for several days.

Hospitals cannot enforce the use of mouth and nose masks, Francis says. Visitors who disregard the advice will not be refused. According to the Francis, the measures are being introduced in all hospitals in the Rotterdam region.
