SBS ‘Strong Heart League’ capture
Group Urban Zakapa member Cho Hyun-ah (33) confessed that she suffered from narcolepsy.
On SBS’ Strong Heart League, which aired on the 27th, Cho Hyun-ah, who revealed that she had suffered from narcolepsy for the first time on the air, confessed the difficulties caused by it.
He said, “I hated reporters because of my sleep,” and “This is the first public release. Do you know what narcolepsy is? When stress comes or when dopamine and adrenaline come out too suddenly, I fall asleep at times like this.”
“When I was in high school, I would fall asleep holding a spoon while eating. When her mother puts it in her mouth, she chews and sleeps again. Even if I go to school, I will fall asleep after the first period. ‘If you’re sleepy, go out and stand in the back’, so I went out and slept standing in the back. One day, someone woke me up to wake up, and I was cleaning. Only my desk was in the middle. The teacher also said, ‘Leave him alone,’” he explained.

Also, “I played the classical piano, but if I didn’t practice, it would show, so I slept while playing the piano. I even rang the bell to get off the bus, and when I woke up, it was the final stop. So later, the bus driver took me to the front of the house.”
In addition, “When I was a rookie, instead of a showcase, I went to each newspaper to meet and interview reporters. Sometimes, she openly ignored them saying, ‘What team are you on?’ or ‘What are the men doing?’ When I felt that the question was rude, I suddenly fell asleep,” he said. “Reporters naturally thought, ‘Doesn’t he want to answer?’ The situation where the members kept making excuses was repeated,” he recalled.
He continued, “Even during concerts, I kept yawning and told the audience, ‘I keep yawning, but I’m not sleepy. “Don’t misunderstand,” he said in advance.
