Lille Sud (Jean-Baptiste Clément and Faubourg d’Arras) in Lille

A major change is underway in Lille Sud, initiated by a large-scale partnership intervention carried out since 2006 as part of the National Urban Renovation Program (ANRU1). First of all in the north of the district on the Arras Europe sites currently under construction, Margueritois (operation delivered), or even Fauvet Girel and Simons, but also in the south of the district in the Nice-Cannes-Arbrisseau sector.
