(ANSA) – MILAN, 07 NOV – In the Milanese investigation which today led to the seizure of the maxi construction site of Scalo House, one of the many on urban planning management in the city, the former municipal planning councilor was also searched by the Gdf of Milan and lawyer Ada Lucia De Cesaris, who is not under investigation. In particular, the “third party” search on the former deputy mayor De Cesaris is related to another investigation, as stated in the documents, on the real estate project in via Lamarmora, one of many at the center of the investigations by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office. According to what is reported in the prosecutor’s decree, the former councilor De Cesaris, “consultant of the bank on creditworthiness in relation to the real estate operation” in via Lamarmora, would have “revealed” to the architect Marco Cerri, under investigation for trafficking in illicit influence and former member of the Landscape Commission, “the content” of an internal meeting at the credit institution, “letting him know” that the builder had “expelled him from the project, confirming the old designer”. With the disappearance of Cerri, among other things, the building practice came to a standstill. Cerri would also be in contact, according to prosecutors, with another municipal manager, Carla Barone, who is under investigation. Giovanni Oggioni, the former director of the one-stop building office and under investigation, then, we read in the documents, although retired in October 2023, “received an assignment” of “free support to the Housing Management and the Department of House”. On this “network of relationships” and interests, which came to light from the investigations of the last two years or more by the Milan Prosecutor’s Office, further investigations will also be carried out with the results of today’s searches. In particular, with the seizure of PCs, tablets, telephones and with the analysis of “contacts made in chat” or via email. (HANDLE).
