Urban art. The Saint-Nicolas parade takes shape on the walls of the Haussonville market

The man can hardly make a secret of his identity, it is spread out in scarlet letters enhanced with gold over ten meters long. “Victorian style,” says Dorian, spray in hand.

Dorian is the letterer of the trio, the one who inflates the alpha and omega with “bubble”, unless you resort to a slightly more classic font, as is the case here, to better sublimate it. With a touch of snow at the top of each letter, thematic obliges …

Dorian, Mike and Cédric were undoubtedly one day three grandchildren. History, however, does not say whether they ever stayed in a salting tub… These three nevertheless forged a unique relationship with the patron saint of Lorraine.

We must believe that it rained since the town hall appealed to us again this year.

“It’s pretty cool that we were given carte blanche,” appreciates the trio, happy to be able to handle the bombs at the moment. “Having an opportunity to work is actually good. Projects have become scarce lately. Everyone took a good hit on the carafe in the middle… ”

That Nancy put the effort on art in the street is all the more appreciable in their eyes. “The only regret for this city which is interested in urban art is that there is no device, nor any site where the younger generations could learn about it. A little paradoxical, no? “But not necessarily insurmountable. Perhaps it would be enough to wish it to a certain well-caring patron saint …
