This is the case of the painter Onie Jackson. This Orléanais got down to a fresco inspired by Diego Velázquez’s painting, The Meninas. “It is a representation of the royal family of Spain. This painting has been used a lot by painters. I did it a lot in canvas. So it’s a challenge for me to do it on a wall and adapt it to the street ”. The fresco will be inaugurated this Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Rue d’Assas in Dijon.

“Banana Pschit !!!” is not at its first attempt. The first edition took place in October 2019 but the next one, scheduled for 2020, had to be canceled due to the health crisis. The works therefore had an unexpected lifespan … since the principle is that the new frescoes are made on top of the old ones!

All the works will be finished by Tuesday September 21, 2021 at the latest but will be to admire until the next edition of “Banana Pschitt !!!”.
