The current Aston Martin Vantage has been around for five years, so it’s high time for an upgrade. It is currently undergoing testing, as shown by a video of camouflaged prototypes from the North Loop of the Nürburgring.
The YouTube channel Automotive Mike, which focuses on the topic of camouflaged prototypes, published footage of two versions – a classic coupe and a Volante convertible. Camouflage is not much on the cars, it allows us to clearly recognize the shapes of the new front grille and headlights.
But that’s all we know about the news. The sound of the cars indicates the presence of a V8 engine and we can assume that it is still a four-liter eight-cylinder from the AMG workshops. There was also speculation about an in-line six-cylinder, but the automaker rejected it. “We don’t build vehicles, we build dreams,” said product director and head of marketing strategy Alex Long some time ago.

In an earlier interview with Autocar magazine, Aston Martin chief designer Marek Reichman said that the next Vantage will be sportier, that it will be “an absolute hooligan”. How it will look in reality, let’s wait for now.
