On Monday, Russian sources reported that Ukrainian forces had taken the center of the important village of Robotyne on the southern front.
The village is important because it could give Ukraine the opportunity to attack further towards the city of Tokmak in the battle to push forward to Melitopol and cut off Russia’s land bridge to the occupied Crimean peninsula.
