Looking at the situation at the front as a whole, Rajev points out that three very large operations are underway. The first will be the Ukrainian operation. This will happen near Kherson, the river crossing operation – forcing the Dnieper:
“Now there are several indicators that this could indeed happen, I will name only two of them. First, the Ukrainians are now very active and are occupying the rather large islands in the middle of the river, which would facilitate further crossings, but they did not have forces there all the time. But what we see now is that Ukrainian forces are being redeployed from Velikanovosilk in sufficient numbers towards Kherson.

Among them, out of all transferred units, two are marine units. It sounds very good, because they are two newly created brigades of Ukrainian marines, but the problem is that they are not marines at all. They are a newly formed unit and were formed as infantry to storm Russian positions from Velikanovosilk to the south. So, they have their way with river forcing operations, but we know that the Ukrainians have many different watercraft, which they use quite actively,” says the military expert.
If such an operation is to be carried out, according to him, it should take place within a couple of weeks, so that the Russian forces do not have time to move there in large numbers.
“The second place we need to pay attention to is Bachmut, because here we see the big “W” which is “Wagnerians”. The “Wagnerians” are there, the number that was named is 10 thousand that could be transferred there, but for now there is no smell of those 10 thousand, there is some small drop. But it is necessary to look at this direction, how the situation will develop there, because we know that they are a good enough strike force, and they are returning to the exact place where they fought before,” says Rajev.
The third is the Liman-Kupyansk direction, the Ukrainian armed forces are concerned about a Russian offensive there.
