The activist is accused of procuring cannabis from abroad, but also from Romania and sent two packages of drugs to the DIICOT headquarters – Central Structure and Iasi Territorial Service, according to G4Media.ro judicial sources.
On Monday morning, the prosecutors of DIICOT – Iaşi Territorial Service, together with judicial police officers from BCCO Iaşi, carried out nine home searches in Ilfov and Călăraşi counties and in Bucharest, at the headquarters of some commercial companies (shops) and at the homes of some suspected individuals. committing crimes of trafficking in dangerous drugs and introduction of dangerous drugs in the country (cannabis and THC-containing products).
According to a DIICOT communiqué, a person procured from abroad, but also from Romania, quantities of cannabis that he owned and distributed through courier companies. Some of these narcotics were sent, in the form of packages, to DIICOT – Central Structure and Iasi Territorial Service.
Judicial sources explained that the person is the protester Cristian Dide.
In fact, Cristian Dide has spoken publicly on several occasions to legalize cannabis use in Romania.
