Merdeka.com – The Ministry of Health has again reported the development of data on cases of positive foreign nationals (WNA) infected with Covid-19 in Indonesia. Today, Thursday (25/3), 1,321 foreigners were positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
This shows that there were an additional six cases from the data on Wednesday (24/3), there were still 1,315 foreigners exposed to Covid-19. Of the total 1,321 foreigners who tested positive for Covid-19, 1,200 of them have recovered and 16 have died.
Meanwhile, 105 people are currently undergoing treatment and isolation due to being infected with Covid-19. The number of foreigners undergoing treatment or isolation increased by five from the previous data, which was still 100 people.
This is the report of the Ministry of Health via covid19.go.id, Wednesday (24/3). Still the Ministry of Health reports, 26 foreigners have suspected status and 640 are in close contact with the Covid-19 case in Indonesia.
It was recorded that 337 foreigners were reported to have been repatriated or returned to their home countries related to the virus from Wuhan, China.
Previously, the Ministry of Health reported that as many as 1,476,452 people were positively infected with Covid-19 in Indonesia as of March 24, 2021. This number increased by 5,227 cases from data on Tuesday (23/3), which were still 1,471,225 people.
Of a total of 1,476,452 people who were positively infected with Covid-19, 1,312,543 of them have recovered. Meanwhile, 39,983 people died after battling Covid-19. [ray]
