In itself it is handy that you can quickly switch between different cams, which is sometimes practical when you are meeting with several people in front of 1 pc. But I also think that MS should start working first to make MS Teams a bit more intuitive. Especially in the administrator area it is not exactly all logical and practical.
In terms of layout, I find it very impractical, for example, that a number of control buttons are located at the top right and you have to move your mouse up every time. During many online meetings, it is often the rule that people who are not speaking mute their microphones. So you have to go to the top right corner each time, which is extremely unpleasant and certainly not intuitive. There is a key combination for this, but then you have to press 3 keys at the same time, which is also not practical.
Participating in meetings is also not always practical, especially when you want to invite guests. People first have to fill in everything if they want to participate even though you have opened a channel as an administrator. I must have missed something and there are better ways but that just takes a lot of work. Work in the sense that you first have to read long manuals or spend hours looking at manuals on Youtube.
But yes, compared to other chat programs it is true that MS Teams is extensive and offers many possibilities. At least, it must be said that it depends on the OS and this especially applies to people who use Windows and an Office package.
