During the day of December 11 this year, a police officer from the Tulcea County Police Inspectorate, Road Service, notified by call 112 an incident in Turcoaia, Tulcea County.

Also, after the gunfire, one of the bullets allegedly bounced off, hitting a 13-year-old minor, who was on a side street.
The support of the ambulance crews was requested for the provision of medical care to the two persons concerned.
Investigations revealed that the man being pursued was also being investigated for driving without a license, also today, at the time of stopping in traffic, being under the influence of alcoholic beverages with a concentration of 0.37 mg / liter of pure alcohol in expired air.
