TRIBUNJOGJA.COM – Cagliari have officially announced Diego Godin’s arrival from Inter Milan and have signed a three-year contract with the defender.
“Cagliari Calcio are pleased to announce the signing of Diego Godin from Inter,” the statement was quoted as saying TribunJogja.com from Football Italia.
The Uruguayan defender has signed a binding agreement with the Rossoblu until 30 June 2023.

The report claims that Inter’s asking price of € 60 million will not be met, as Tottenham are currently considering an offer of € 50 million plus bonuses for the defender.
The 25-year-old could leave this summer and the Nerazzurri are hoping to reinvest some of the money by signing Nikola Milenkovic from Fiorentina.
