UPDATE 2023: opening of the new media art exhibition

From this year From November 21 to 25, the international New Media Art Festival “UPDATE 2023: AUTOMATED CREATIVITY” will take place in Liepāja, bringing together more than 100 new media artists, art students, designers and new technology experts from the USA, Germany, Estonia, Ukraine, Latvia, etc. who study automation processes in art, design and creative practice in creative workshops at Liepāja University’s Art Research Laboratory – both artificial intelligence tools and conceptual methods for creating innovative, multimedia works of art.
The works of art created at the end of the festival – both photographs, graphics and interactive installations – can be viewed at the exhibition at the Faculty of Humanities and Arts of the University of Liepāja. Opening – on November 25 at 15.00. The doors are open until 18.00.
