Nixxes has released update 1.808.0.0 for the PC version of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, which finally enables ray tracing on AMD cards: a rather important feature, but unfortunately missing at launch.
In order to use ray tracing on AMD GPUs, you need to install version 23.10.23.03 of AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition and also, apparently, update the game to the patch that has just been released.
In addition to enabling ray tracing on AMD cards, the Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart 1.808.0.0 update also brings some visual improvements related to ray-traced reflections and shadows, fixes a crash that occurred with some processors, and text lines not displaying well in certain situations .
The update also resolves an interface issue that occurred on some AMD cards and Intel processors, fixes a number of visual bugs and an unspecified list of minor bugs, while impacting stability and performance optimizations.
