In the plains and hollows it will form fog or low clouds. Minimum temperatures will mostly be between minus 7° and minus 2°, lower mainly in the valleys of Southwest Bulgaria, in Sofia – approx minus 8°reported the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology.
On Wednesday sunny weather will prevail, before noon in places in the flat part of the country with fog or low cloud. The wind will be from the west, weak, in the eastern regions – to moderate, in the evening it will strengthen. Maximum temperatures will be between 3° and 8°, in areas with more permanent fog – slightly lower, in Sofia – around 3°. Atmospheric pressure is higher than the average for the month, after lunch it will decrease.
Along the Black Sea sunny weather will prevail. It will be partly cloudy or foggy until midday. It will blow to a moderate, mostly northwesterly wind. Maximum temperatures will be 5°-7°. The temperature of the sea water is 7°-8°. The excitement of the sea will be 2 points, in the northernmost areas – temporarily 3 points.
In the mountains sunny weather will prevail. It will be foggy in places, mainly before noon. A strong north-westerly wind will blow, which will intensify in the evening. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be around 3°, at 2000 m – around minus 4°.
In Thursday with a moderate to strong northwesterly wind, an atmospheric disturbance will pass. From west to east there will be temporary increases in cloudiness, with almost no precipitation. Temperatures will briefly rise.
On Friday and Saturday it will remain quite windy, with a moderate and temporarily strong northwesterly wind. Clouds will be variable, often significant. In some places it will rain lightly, rain and snow.
On Sunday and Monday the wind will noticeably weaken. The chance of precipitation is decreasing. Temperatures will drop, on Sunday – daytime, on Monday – morning.
In Tuesday the wind from the northwest will increase again, later in Eastern Bulgaria it will become from the north-northeast. Cloudiness will be mostly significant, without significant precipitation.
