Melting. Already in May of this year, a lecture on the topic of “Care directives, living wills and health care power of attorney took place via the Saarlouis care authority in collaboration with the VdK local association Bohnental and the municipality of Schmelz in Dorf. The response was very great, so the topics of care and living wills as well as health care power of attorney will be discussed again in another event. This time Thomas Jacob, lawyer and first chairman of the SKM Care Association Dillingen, will give a lecture and illustrate the importance of these important precautions.
The legal framework should also be explained, especially the changes and innovations – such as the emergency representation law between spouses – which have existed since January 1, 2023. The lecture “Care and living will and health care power of attorney” with Thomas Jacob will take place on Wednesday, November 29th, at 5 p.m., in the large meeting room of the Schmelz town hall.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the speakers afterwards. The lecture is aimed at anyone interested and is free of charge.
