Up to € 50,000 tax free for affected entrepreneurs To undertake

State Secretary Mona Keijzer (Economic Affairs and Climate) informed the House of Representatives on Monday that the TVL desk will be open from 30 June. The allowance that is part of the government’s second emergency package can be requested via the RVO website.

“For many companies, the corona crisis means that they have to do everything in their power to stay upright,” said State Secretary Keijzer. “The previous forced closure and current restrictions on specific sectors are still having a major impact. That is why we support those companies through the TVL. And compensate for the lower turnover, while their fixed costs continue. ”

Only entrepreneurs in the affected sectors from the previous TOGS scheme are eligible for the TVL. These sectors are on the list of established SBI codes. This includes catering, recreation, gyms, events, saunas and stages.

Loss of turnover

In order to qualify for the allowance, entrepreneurs must have a loss of turnover of at least 30% from June to September 2020 due to the corona crisis. The fixed costs share of turnover is at least € 4,000. A maximum of 50% of that part is compensated. The allowance amounts to a minimum of € 1,000 and a maximum of € 50,000. Approximately € 1.4 billion is available for the scheme.
