Offenbach (dpa/lhe) – The weather in Hesse will remain cloudy and rainy over the course of the week. As the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Wednesday in Offenbach, it will initially be dry on Thursday with maximum temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees. Rain is expected to spread from the southwest from the afternoon onwards.
According to the forecast, clouds and rain are also expected on Friday. The temperature drops slightly to a maximum of between 9 and 15 degrees. The DWD also expects moderate to fresh winds from the northeast and strong to stormy gusts in the mountains.
After initially thick clouds and rain, Saturday promises slight relief in the south of Hesse. The maximum temperatures rise slightly again to 14 to 17 degrees. It remains windy. According to meteorologists, there can also be squalls in ridge areas. On Sunday night it will be very cloudy, with low temperatures between 10 and 6 degrees.
