In the same statement, the UOH states that “The professionals of the Security team and the Directorate of Technologies of the UOH carried out an exhaustive review of the recordings of the security cameras, in the place and time period indicated in the anonymous publication. The period considered was from Monday, August 12 (date of return to classes) to Thursday, September 5. According to the minutes delivered from the expert reports, it is reported that no suspicious images were found or that consider any of the elements described in the post. The University will expand the range of dates and search locations, reviewing security cameras in other sectors, until finding information that allows getting to the bottom of this situation.”

Likewise, it was stated that on Thursday “the Rector Fernanda Kri Amar, together with the Director of Gender Equality and Diversity, Gabriela Rodríguez, received representatives of the Federation of Students (FEUOH) in the Rector’s office. In the meeting, which lasted almost 2 hours, it was agreed to convene a tripartite meeting at the end of the month to address security issues. Also yesterday, the Academic Vice-Rector’s Office requested the support of all teaching and academic staff so that during classes the protocols and channels for reception and reporting that the UOH has would be reinforced, remembering that, if there is further information on the anonymous publication, it could be delivered, with the utmost confidentiality, to the Directorate of Gender Equality and Diversity.”

Finally, the UOH points out that “We will remain very attentive to any information that arises, and/or the receipt of any complaint that allows us to move forward in clarifying this case, which has not only impacted our university community but also regional and national public opinion,” and that “We reiterate that, in the face of situations or concerns of this type, you can contact the UOH Gender Equity and Diversity Directorate, which provides confidential assistance from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in office 501 (5th floor of building A), or online at [email protected].”
