Unveiling Titan Quest 2: Explore Side Quests, Become a Hero, and Confront Nemesis!

During this year’s edition of gamescom, which took place in August in Cologne, Germany, interested parties could view a version of demo to come Titan Quest II. The creators discussed this part of the game in detail a few weeks ago in an extensive video, and today they have supplemented the information presented then with a new one article. The demo that was available at gamescom started “right in the middle of the action”, so when you play it, you could feel a little lost. The creators discussed in detail the issue of mission division in production.

1. A series of main quests in Titan Quest II it is called “Fated Quests” and it will be related to the player’s conflict with the goddess Nemesis. It is intended to provide amazing and memorable boss fights for players.
2. The mission “A Strange Shore” in the demo is part of “Fated Quests”. As part of it, we met the horse Areion, the son of Poseidon and Demeter, who is a guide around the world and an important companion of the player. The importance of his role can be seen in the opening sections of “2”.
3. To face Nemesis, the main character Titan Quest II he must first find the goddess of fate, Moirai. In the demo, Areion tells the player that the help of Glaucus, the god of sailors, will be needed to open the gate to her temple. While we search for these two important people, we will complete minor objectives, including one related to Philo and the defense of the city against the Ichthyans.
4. In addition to the main functions Titan Quest II it will provide several side missions, including: smaller boss fights and shorter stories. Importantly, the creators do not want to punish players for exploring, but on the contrary, to reward them – for example, if we do not start a certain action and during the game we achieve the goal, for example we save a prisoner, it will be acceptedalthough we have not spoken to the client.
5. In the game we will also meet: minor events that do not appear in the query log. Completion also rewards the player.

Titan Quest II will be released in early access on PC in the winter, in late 2024 and 2025.
