Unveiling the Mystery: Strange Question Mark Formation Found in Space by James Webb Space Telescope

In the background of a photo taken by a space telescope, scientists discovered a question mark, or rather something that looks like a question mark. How exactly the formation was formed, however, is not certain.

The James Webb Space Telescope has been helping to unravel the mysteries of the universe for more than a year. But along with new discoveries, new question marks also arise. But one stands out among them. Without exaggeration, the telescope succeeded at the end of July take a picture.

According to the website Space.com it is a photograph of the formation HH 46/47, a pair of young nascent stars about 1,470 light-years from Earth and hidden under a veil of gas cloud from which they draw matter. Underneath this shape in the background is actually something that looks like a question mark.

What the object really is can only be guessed, but according to scientists, its shape and color can reveal a lot about its origin. For example, a reddish color means that it is a body located very far from Earth. According to the international team of astronomers who take care of the telescope, the shape may correspond to a pair of galaxies.

“These two shapes indicate that they could be galaxies that are in the process of merging with each other. The upper part of the question mark is a galaxy that is probably tidally disturbed. Objects with double lobes are typical of merging galaxies,” Matt Caplan adds to the question mark , who teaches physics at the University of Illinois.

Astronomer Stephen Wilkins from the University of Sussex sees it similarly. “There are hundreds of billions of galaxies that we can observe from our part of the universe. Most of them are spiral or elliptical in shape, but just like clouds, if you look at enough of them, you’ll find some that look different. Seeing a question mark in space is definitely very cool , ” said pro Daily Mail.

“I’m sorry to spoil people’s joy, but this is probably not news for humanity. But it shows the amazing ability of this telescope to explore our universe like no telescope before it,” he added.

Astronomers have discovered a giant explosion. It is 100 times larger than the Solar System (5/2023):
