Heroes, places of life or illustrious strangers who have marked local life. In Montargis, Jean Jourdain (deceased in 2001), compiled the names of the streets of the city and unraveled their history. “Les names de rue de Montargis”, published in 1988, was reissued in 2009 by the Association of Friends of Old Montargis.
