Sony recently confirmed that work is underway a new PlayStation VR headset for PlayStation 5. However, the original PSVR edition has not been put on the shelf properly yet, and on Wednesday the company unveiled several upcoming games for fans of virtual reality.
In total, Sony showed six games, all of which will be launched before the end of 2021. We have collected the trailers for all of them here, and you can browse them below.
Doom 3 VR
March 29 Bethesda awaits with a new round of demon slaughter in Doom 3 VR. As the name suggests, the game allows fans to relive the third game in the Doom series – with upgraded graphics and in virtual reality – with all the content from the original game plus the expansions Resurrection of Evil and The Lost Mission.

Song in the Smoke
It’s about survival in Song in the Smoke, a game that puts you in a life-threatening jungle without a lot of aids. Players must make the tools they need, set up shelters and hunt for food, while coping with what the world may spew out of wildlife and other dangers. Coming later this year.

Fracked
In Fracked, the world is about to collapse, and thus you have to create as much chaos as possible. Here, hectic exchanges of fire await, combined with various extreme sports such as climbing and the occasional trip on the alpine slopes. Fracked will be released sometime this summer.

I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy And The Liar
Four years after the first I Expect You To Die: The Spy And The Liar game came to PlayStation VR, it’s time for a sequel. Again, players are allowed to put on hats, goggles and ransoms and embark on a series of spy missions for the king and fatherland. I Expect You To Die 2: The Spy And The Liar will be released later this year.

Zenith
Zenith is something as ambitious as a massive online role-playing game – or MMO – in virtual reality. In an anime-inspired world, players get to team up and embark on missions full of sword-wielding, magic and monsters to slaughter. Coming later this year.

After the Fall
After the Fall also offers collaborative play, but on a slightly smaller scale. In this shooter, up to four friends will work together to knock down endless hordes of monsters in icy environments. After the Fall is to be launched this summer.
