The tests included acceleration, top speed, braking and high-speed pursuit, as well as handling characteristics during emergency response. Michigan State Police are one of two law enforcement agencies that annually test new model year police vehicles and publish the results for agencies across the country.
Ford Pro put this all-electric police pilot vehicle for testing as part of the Michigan State Police Assessment for 2022 on September 18 and 20. Michigan State Police will post the results of the tested vehicles on their website later in the next few weeks.
