Skunk intimidation tactics
The park identified the animal in the recording as a skunk. When these predators want to stay away, they stand upright on their front legs and perform the unusual dance.
If the exotic intimidation tactic doesn’t work, skunks resort to their much more familiar and smellier defense mechanism.
