The recipes offered are those of the show’s outstanding candidates, such as Norbert Tarayre season 3 or Louise Bourrat (winner of the Top Chef 2022 final) and Arnaud Delvenne, finalists for season 13, Coline Faulquier season 7, Camille Delcroix and Victor Mercier season 9, Thibault Sombardier season 5. The dishes offered will evolve over time, Stéphane Rotenberg having requested the participation of many candidates.
