Until Saturday (5/9), Hutama Karya distributed free E-Toll cards worth Rp. 100 thousand

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Hutama Karya (Persero) distributed 700 free e-toll cards containing a balance of IDR 100,000 to toll road users for two days, Friday (4/9/2020) to Saturday (5/9/2020).

This is done in order to celebrate National Customer Day (Harpelnas) which is celebrated every September 4.

Each toll road managed by the Company gets 100 e-toll cards by ensuring the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention health protocol.

The distribution of electronic cards was carried out in all Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS), Jakarta Outer Ring Road Section S (JORR-S) Toll Roads, and Tanjung Priok Access Toll Road (ATP).

Operation Director 1 Hutama Karya Suroto said that apart from distributing electronic cards, the Company also distributed other souvenirs such as e-toll sticks, greeting cards, masks, and goodie bags.

The distribution of souvenirs also aims to make toll road users feel the euphoria of Harpelnas even in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

“This is an appreciation and gratitude for being loyal customers of the toll roads that we manage.” said Suroto in a press release received by Kompas.com, Friday (4/9/2020).

Suroto continued, Hutama Karya continues to optimize and improve the implementation of optimal services according to the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) by emphasizing Smile, Greetings, and Greetings or commonly referred to as 3S.

The company continues to follow the policies set by the Government in tightening the Covid-19 protocol in managed toll roads and rest areas. For example, toll officials are required to wear a mask, face shield, gloves and cufflinks.

Then, spraying disinfectants regularly at the Toll Gates (GT) and Service Rest Areas (TIP). Hutama Karya also appealed to toll road users to comply with the rules and regulations that apply to toll roads.
