The police said that initially the toll road officer received a report that a woman had suddenly come to GT Jatiwaringin 2. Officers then moved to the location to secure the woman. The incident occurred on Sunday (23/7/2023).
“Patrol 210 received a report from operator Dyandra that there was an OTK (unknown person) at GT Jatiwaringin 2,” said Head of PJR Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Sutikno when contacted, Monday (23/7/2023).

The woman was then secured and put into a patrol car and left in the car which was still running. It was then that the toll officer’s patrol car was suddenly taken away.
“After being secured in the vehicle, Ka Shift Patrol 210 wanted to coordinate with the security guard at the gate and the vehicle was taken away by the OTK,” Sutikno told reporters, Monday (24/7/2023).

The woman’s patrol car was later discovered and officers tried to restrain her until she was dragged away. “Suddenly the car started moving and the officer tried to hold the car and was dragged away by the car,” said Sutikno.
As a result, the officer also suffered a number of injuries and was rushed to the Harum Hospital, East Jakarta for further treatment.

Then a chase ensued until finally the woman who stole the toll officer’s patrol car was arrested at the Matraman bus stop, East Jakarta. The woman had crashed into two other cars while fleeing.
“The OTK crashed into a Honda Jazz vehicle number D-1016-YR and immediately fled. Then he was caught by officers at the Matraman bus stop and crashed into a Toyota Rush vehicle number B-1759-NZO,” said Sutikno.

According to the video circulating, the woman who was driving the toll officer’s patrol car got out of the car door and then climbed onto the roof of the car she was carrying. He seemed to have uncontrollable emotions like screaming from the top of the patrol car.

The case involving Jesica making off with the toll officer’s patrol car is now being handled by the Police Criminal Investigation Unit. Because, apart from taking away the patrol car, Jesica crashed into two other vehicles causing serious damage.
“It’s handled there (Reskrim). Later, regardless of the incident (accident), we’ll just have to wait and see how it develops,” he said.
The police said that Jesica allegedly hijacked the toll officer’s car because the officer’s negligence left the woman with the patrol car on.
